Job Description

The Bartender & Barista prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, coffee, juices and other beverages while maintaining high standards of presentation, hygiene and guest service. Candidates should have previous experience in bartending, barista work or hotel food and beverage operations, with practical knowledge of coffee preparation, cocktails, beverage recipes and responsible alcohol service. Good communication skills, a friendly attitude, professional grooming and basic English are expected. The role requires teamwork, accuracy, cash-handling awareness and the flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Candidates should be able to work efficiently in a busy environment and consistently create a welcoming guest experience.
