Job Description

The Food and Beverage Attendant supports smooth restaurant and dining operations at Mercure Abu Dhabi Downtown. Duties typically include welcoming guests, taking and serving orders, preparing tables, clearing and resetting dining areas, handling basic guest requests, and following food safety and hygiene standards. Candidates should have good communication and customer-service skills, a professional appearance, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a multicultural team. Previous hotel or restaurant experience is helpful, although motivated candidates with relevant hospitality training may also be considered. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is expected. Knowledge of English is generally required; additional languages are an advantage.
