Job Description

The Recreation Attendant supports the smooth operation of the hotel’s leisure facilities, including pools, beach areas, fitness or recreational spaces, and guest activities. Duties may include welcoming guests, explaining facility rules, preparing equipment, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, monitoring activities, and reporting maintenance or safety concerns. Candidates should have a friendly, energetic personality, good communication skills, and a genuine interest in guest service. Previous experience in hotel recreation, leisure, sports, or a similar customer-facing role is helpful. Basic first-aid or lifesaving knowledge may be preferred. The successful candidate is expected to be attentive, physically active, well presented, flexible with shifts, and able to work outdoors and during weekends or public holidays.
