The Bar Supervisor oversees daily bar operations at Novotel Perth Murray Street, ensuring efficient service, accurate cash handling, stock control, responsible alcohol service and consistently high guest standards. Requirements generally include previous bar or hospitality experience, supervisory ability, strong communication skills and knowledge of beverages, point-of-sale systems and workplace safety. An RSA certificate is required in Western Australia. The successful candidate is expected to lead and support the bar team, maintain cleanliness and presentation, manage busy service periods, resolve guest concerns professionally and work collaboratively with food and beverage colleagues.
