The Chef de Partie – Pan-Asian Cuisine is responsible for managing an assigned kitchen section and preparing authentic, consistent Pan-Asian dishes to Banyan Tree standards. Candidates typically need professional culinary training and several years of experience in a hotel, resort, or quality restaurant, preferably with expertise in Asian cuisines such as Thai, Chinese, Japanese, or Vietnamese. Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, mise en place, portion control, and kitchen equipment is expected. The successful candidate should be organized, creative, physically fit, and able to work efficiently under pressure. Teamwork, communication, attention to detail, and flexibility for shifts, weekends, and public holidays are essential.
