Job Description

The Front Office Supervisor oversees daily reception operations, supports check-in and check-out, handles guest requests and complaints, coordinates with housekeeping and other departments, and helps maintain high service standards. Candidates should have hotel front-office experience, strong communication and customer-service skills, sound knowledge of reservation or property-management systems, and the ability to supervise a team. Fluency in English is expected; additional languages are advantageous. The successful candidate should be well organised, professional, calm under pressure, guest-focused, flexible with shifts, and willing to work weekends and public holidays. Experience in an international or luxury resort environment is preferred.
