Job Description

The Banquet Supervisor oversees banquet operations, ensuring smooth service for meetings, weddings, conferences, and private functions. Requirements typically include hospitality experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or event environment, strong knowledge of food and beverage service, supervisory ability, and good communication skills. Familiarity with guest-service standards, event setup, staffing, cash handling, health and safety procedures, and relevant hotel systems is beneficial.
