Job Description

Room Attendants and Housepersons maintain guest rooms, corridors, public areas and service spaces to high cleanliness and presentation standards. Duties include making beds, replenishing amenities, removing linen and rubbish, reporting maintenance issues, assisting with room servicing and supporting housekeeping operations. Candidates should be physically fit, reliable, well organised and comfortable standing, bending and lifting during shifts. Previous hotel or cleaning experience is helpful but may not be essential. The role requires attention to detail, efficient time management, a professional appearance and respectful guest service. Flexibility to work mornings, weekends and public holidays is expected, along with the ability to work independently and cooperatively in a multicultural team.
