Candidates are generally expected to have hotel front-office or customer-service experience, strong numerical and computer skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication. Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays is essential. Experience with hotel property-management systems, cash handling, and end-of-day procedures is advantageous. The successful candidate should be reliable, calm under pressure, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently while delivering friendly Accor service.
