Job Description

The Purchasing Supervisor manages the hotel’s purchasing activities, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, negotiating prices, issuing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of food, beverages, operating supplies, and equipment. Candidates should have relevant experience in hotel procurement or purchasing, strong knowledge of local suppliers and market pricing, and good command of English. Familiarity with procurement systems, inventory controls, HACCP requirements, and Microsoft Office is expected. The role requires strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, along with attention to detail and the ability to work closely with finance, stores, kitchens, and operational departments. Candidates are expected to maintain ethical purchasing practices, control costs, and ensure compliance with Accor and hotel policies.
