Job Description

The Guest Relations Officer welcomes guests, manages arrivals and departures, handles enquiries and feedback, coordinates with hotel departments, and helps ensure a smooth and memorable stay. Candidates should have previous experience in guest relations, front office, or hospitality, with strong communication and customer-service skills. Fluency in English is generally required; additional languages are an advantage. The role requires a professional appearance, cultural awareness, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. The successful candidate is expected to remain calm under pressure, build positive guest relationships, and represent the resort’s service standards at all times.
