Job Description

The Duty Manager oversees daily hotel operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth front-office service, guest satisfaction, and effective coordination between departments. Requirements typically include previous hotel or front-office supervisory experience, strong communication skills, sound knowledge of Opera or similar property-management systems, and the ability to handle guest complaints professionally. Fluency in English is expected; knowledge of Malay or other languages is advantageous. The successful candidate should be organized, confident, service-oriented, and comfortable making decisions independently. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays is essential. Experience with staff supervision, cash handling, emergency procedures, and maintaining Accor service standards will be valued.
