Job Description

The Director of People and Culture leads the people strategy for Novotel Darwin Airport, supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance and workplace culture. The role typically requires several years of senior hotel or hospitality human-resources experience, strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, and confidence advising department leaders and hotel management. The successful candidate is expected to be approachable, commercially aware and culturally inclusive, with excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills. Experience working across multiple properties, managing HR projects and building employee engagement would be valuable. A relevant HR qualification and the right to work in Australia are generally expected.
