Job Description

The Learning and Development Manager is expected to plan, coordinate and evaluate training programmes that support Mondrian Doha’s service standards, employee development and business objectives. Candidates should have relevant hotel or hospitality training experience, strong knowledge of learning methods and performance development, and excellent communication and presentation skills. The role typically requires the ability to assess training needs, create development plans, deliver engaging sessions, maintain learning records and measure results. The successful candidate should be organised, approachable, culturally aware and confident working with colleagues at all levels. Experience with luxury or lifestyle hotels, onboarding, compliance training and digital learning platforms would be advantageous.
