Job Description

The Porter supports guests throughout their stay by welcoming arrivals, handling luggage, escorting guests to rooms, arranging transportation, delivering messages and assisting with general enquiries. The role requires strong communication, a professional presentation, physical fitness, attention to detail and a genuine commitment to hospitality. Candidates should be reliable, helpful and confident working with an international clientele. Previous hotel, guest services or customer-service experience is advantageous. Availability for rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays is normally expected, along with a valid driver’s licence where driving duties are involved.
