Job Description

The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing the hotel’s restaurants, bar, banqueting and food service operations. Requirements typically include proven hospitality management experience, strong knowledge of food and beverage service, staff leadership skills, budget and cost-control ability, and excellent communication. Experience in a hotel or high-volume venue is preferred, along with knowledge of Australian safety, licensing and hygiene standards. The successful candidate is expected to deliver memorable guest experiences, maintain service and presentation standards, manage staffing and training, monitor revenue and expenses, and work collaboratively with other departments.
