Opportunities are available in hotels, restaurants, tourism, aviation, retail and events, particularly for candidates with international experience and strong English skills. UAE culture blends Arab traditions with a highly international lifestyle; modest dress, respect for religion and professional courtesy are important. Dubai offers modern housing, shopping, beaches, entertainment and public transport, although living costs can be high.
