Job Description

The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas to Novotel’s hygiene and presentation standards. Typical requirements include previous housekeeping or hotel experience, attention to detail, physical stamina, reliability, and the ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays. The candidate should follow cleaning procedures, handle supplies and equipment safely, report maintenance issues, respect guest privacy, and work cooperatively with colleagues.
