Job Description

The Guest Service Agent welcomes guests, completes check-in and check-out, handles reservations and payments, answers questions, manages requests, and resolves concerns professionally. Candidates should have strong communication and customer-service skills, a pleasant and confident manner, basic computer knowledge, and good English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage. Previous front-office or hotel experience is preferred, although suitable hospitality graduates may be considered. The role requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, attention to detail, professional grooming, and the ability to remain calm while delivering Accor service standards.
