Job Description

The Front Office Agent welcomes guests, completes check-in and check-out, manages reservations and room allocations, handles payments, answers enquiries, and coordinates requests with other hotel departments. Candidates should have previous front-office or guest-service experience, strong spoken and written English, professional presentation, good computer skills, and the ability to use hotel property-management systems such as Opera. Additional languages and luxury-hotel experience are advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to provide warm, personalised service, remain calm under pressure, protect guest confidentiality, resolve concerns efficiently, and maintain accurate records while following Raffles and Accor service standards. Flexibility for shifts, weekends, and public holidays is essential.
