Job Description

The Cook prepares high-quality food for hotel guests and customers while following recipes, portion standards, food safety regulations, and kitchen procedures. Requirements typically include relevant commercial cookery experience, food safety knowledge, the ability to work efficiently under pressure, and flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays. A hospitality qualification or food-handling certificate may be preferred. The successful candidate is expected to maintain clean work areas, control food waste, support stock rotation, communicate well with the kitchen team, and consistently deliver meals to ibis Styles’ quality standards.
