Job Description

The Accounts Receivable Supervisor oversees billing, collections, account reconciliation, payment posting, credit control, and the accuracy of guest and company accounts. Candidates are generally expected to have a diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or hospitality management, along with relevant hotel finance experience. Strong knowledge of accounting procedures, Excel, hotel property-management systems, and Indonesian tax and invoicing requirements is valuable. The successful candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, ethical, and confident communicating with guests, corporate clients, auditors, and other departments. They will be expected to supervise staff, meet collection targets, resolve discrepancies promptly, protect financial information, and support accurate month-end closing and reporting.
