Technician - Tile

Job Description

The Tile Technician is responsible for installing, repairing, replacing and maintaining wall and floor tiles throughout the hotel. Requirements typically include practical experience in tile fixing, grouting, surface preparation and waterproofing, with the ability to read basic measurements and use relevant tools safely. Experience in a hotel, resort or commercial property is preferred. The successful candidate should deliver neat, durable work, respond promptly to maintenance requests, follow health and safety procedures, keep work areas clean and coordinate effectively with the wider engineering team. Flexibility for shifts, weekends and emergency repairs is expected. Relevant technical training and good physical fitness are advantageous.
