Job Description

Novotel Devonport is seeking two casual Breakfast Cooks to prepare and present buffet and made-to-order breakfast items to a high standard. Responsibilities include food preparation, cooking, replenishing displays, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, cleaning work areas, and supporting the wider kitchen team during busy service periods. Candidates should have commercial kitchen experience, sound knowledge of food safety, good organisation, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. A relevant cookery qualification is advantageous but may not be essential. Early-morning, weekend, and public-holiday availability is expected. The successful applicants will be reliable, team-oriented, well presented, and committed to delivering consistent food quality and friendly guest service.
