Job Description

The Club Millésime Manager oversees the daily operation of Sofitel’s exclusive club lounge, ensuring polished food and beverage service, personalised guest care and a consistently luxurious experience. Candidates should have several years of experience in hotel lounge, restaurant, club or front-of-house management, strong knowledge of service standards, excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and develop a team. The role requires confident handling of VIP guests, operational planning, stock and cost awareness, staff scheduling and close coordination with other hotel departments. A professional presentation, attention to detail, cultural awareness and flexibility to work weekends, evenings and public holidays are expected.
