Multi-Hotel Revenue Manager | 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Spain Islands Madrid €45,000–€65,000 gross per year, depending on experience and hotel portfolio*
Job Description

Accor is seeking a Multi-Hotel Revenue Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Madrid. The role typically requires proven hotel revenue-management experience, strong knowledge of forecasting, pricing, budgeting, distribution channels and revenue systems, together with advanced analytical and communication skills. Fluency in Spanish and English is likely expected, while experience managing several properties or upscale and luxury hotels would be advantageous. The successful candidate will oversee demand analysis, room-rate strategies, inventory controls, forecasts and performance reporting across multiple hotels. They will work closely with general managers, sales, reservations and commercial teams, challenge market assumptions, identify opportunities and deliver revenue targets. Candidates should be commercially minded, organised, confident presenting insights and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-property environment.

The company focuses on guest experience, responsible hospitality, employee development and commercial performance. In Spain, Accor operates and supports properties in major business, cultural and leisure destinations, including Madrid, Barcelona, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands. Destination Guide

Spain’s main island job markets are the Balearic Islands, including Mallorca, Menorca and Ibiza, and the Canary Islands, including Tenerife, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote and Fuerteventura. Tourism creates opportunities in hotels, restaurants, revenue management, reservations, guest services, events, wellness and activities, although many roles are seasonal. Island culture combines Spanish traditions with local food, festivals, relaxed social life and strong outdoor communities. Lifestyle usually means a warm climate, beaches and nature, but housing can be expensive and public transport varies by island. EU, EEA and Swiss citizens can work without a visa, though registration and social-security procedures are required. Non-EU applicants generally need an employer-sponsored work permit before starting employment; digital-nomad or other residence routes may apply to eligible candidates. Madrid-based positions are not island roles, but relocation to the islands may be possible within Accor’s wider network.
