Employees should budget for rent, transport, health insurance where required, and initial settlement costs. Visa options may include employer-sponsored visas, skilled visas, working holiday visas, or temporary graduate pathways, depending on nationality, age, qualifications, and occupation. Candidates should confirm eligibility through the Australian Department of Home Affairs and ensure they have work rights before accepting employment. Relocation planning should include tax registration, banking, accommodation, and health-cover arrangements.
