Candidates should be physically fit, dependable and comfortable standing for extended periods in a fast-paced, hot and wet environment. Previous experience in hotel, restaurant or stewarding work is helpful but may not be essential. The role requires attention to hygiene, safe handling of cleaning chemicals, teamwork, punctuality and willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. A positive attitude, good personal cleanliness and the ability to follow instructions are expected.
