Duty Engineer

Job Description

The Duty Engineer is responsible for maintaining hotel buildings, plant rooms, guest-room equipment, utilities, and essential engineering systems. Typical requirements include a technical certificate or diploma in electrical, mechanical, building services, or a related discipline, along with relevant experience in hotel or commercial property maintenance. Candidates should understand preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, health and safety procedures, and basic building-management systems.
