Job Description

The Floor Supervisor oversees daily restaurant operations, coordinates service staff, maintains high standards of guest care, and ensures smooth communication between the dining area, kitchen, and management. Candidates should have experience in hotel or restaurant operations, strong knowledge of food and beverage service, and good English communication skills. Supervisory experience, customer-service ability, and familiarity with health, safety, and hygiene standards are expected. The successful candidate should be organised, professional, attentive to detail, and comfortable working shifts, weekends, and public holidays. A hospitality qualification and knowledge of point-of-sale systems would be advantageous.
