Job Description

The Telephone Operator (Service Centre) is responsible for handling hotel calls, guest requests, inquiries and internal communications professionally and efficiently. Requirements typically include a secondary school qualification, good spoken and written English, a pleasant telephone manner, basic computer skills and customer-service experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. The successful candidate is expected to remain calm under pressure, respond promptly, record requests accurately, protect guest privacy and coordinate effectively with departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering and Food & Beverage. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays is essential.
