Job Description

The Food & Beverage Administrator supports the hotel’s food and beverage operations through administration, reporting, scheduling, record keeping, purchasing coordination and communication with restaurant, bar and banquet teams. Candidates should typically have a diploma or equivalent experience in hospitality, business administration or a related field, along with good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office. Strong organisation, attention to detail, communication and numerical abilities are expected. Experience in a hotel or restaurant environment is advantageous. The successful candidate should be service-minded, reliable, discreet with confidential information and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace. Flexibility to work around hospitality operating hours and cooperation with colleagues across departments are also important.
