Job Description

The Assistant HR Manager supports the hotel’s human resources function, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training coordination, HR administration and compliance with Singapore employment regulations. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline, together with relevant experience in hospitality or a service-focused environment. Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills are essential, as the role involves working with colleagues at all levels and handling confidential information. The successful candidate is expected to be service-oriented, approachable, discreet, commercially aware and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced hotel setting.
