Job Description

The Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing guest-room and floor operations, ensuring rooms, corridors and service areas meet Shangri-La’s cleanliness and presentation standards. Requirements typically include previous housekeeping or hotel supervisory experience, strong attention to detail, good communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team. The successful candidate is expected to inspect rooms, coordinate cleaning assignments, manage guest requests, monitor supplies, report maintenance issues and support efficient daily operations. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays is important. Fluency in English is generally required, while Cantonese or Mandarin is advantageous.
