Job Description

The Hygiene & Sanitation Executive is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety and hygiene across the hotel. Typical requirements include a diploma or degree in food safety, hospitality, environmental health or a related field; knowledge of HACCP and Singapore food-safety regulations; and experience in hotel, catering or food-and-beverage operations. The candidate is expected to conduct inspections and audits, monitor kitchen and public-area sanitation, maintain accurate records, investigate hygiene concerns, coordinate pest-control activities and support staff training. Strong attention to detail, communication skills, practical problem-solving ability and confidence in working with multiple departments are important. Relevant food-safety certification and familiarity with Singapore regulations would be advantageous.
