Job Description

The Food & Beverage Hostess welcomes guests, manages table seating, handles reservations, answers enquiries and helps create a smooth dining experience. Candidates should have customer-service or hotel and restaurant experience, a pleasant and confident manner, good spoken English and strong communication skills. Knowledge of reservation systems and additional languages is useful. The role requires professional grooming, attention to detail, patience and the ability to remain composed during busy service periods. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays is expected. The successful candidate should be warm, organized, team-oriented and attentive to guest preferences while representing Shangri-La’s service standards.
