Chef de Partie - All Day Dining

Job Description

The Chef de Partie supports the All Day Dining kitchen by preparing and cooking assigned dishes to Shangri-La’s quality, presentation and hygiene standards. Candidates should have professional culinary training and previous experience in a hotel, resort or high-volume restaurant kitchen, preferably in a similar section. Knowledge of food safety, HACCP procedures, portion control and kitchen equipment is expected. The role requires good communication, discipline, stamina and the ability to work efficiently during busy breakfast, lunch and dinner services. The successful candidate will maintain an organized workstation, minimize waste, follow recipes consistently and work cooperatively with sous chefs, commis chefs and other departments. Flexibility for shifts, weekends and public holidays is essential.
