Destination Guide

The Philippines offers hospitality opportunities in Manila, Cebu, Boracay, Palawan, and other resort destinations. Common roles include front office, food and beverage, housekeeping, culinary, spa, events, sales, and guest activities. Filipino culture is generally warm, family-oriented, respectful, and highly service-focused, while English is widely used in hotels and workplaces. Lifestyle varies from busy urban living in Manila to a more relaxed beach-oriented pace in Cebu, Boracay, or Palawan. Living costs depend on the island and accommodation, with Manila usually being more expensive. Relocating may involve arranging accommodation, transport, health insurance, and local banking. Resort locations can provide staff housing, meals, or transport, but applicants should confirm these benefits directly with the employer.
