Job Description

The Public Area Attendant keeps hotel public spaces clean, presentable, and safe, including lobbies, corridors, lifts, restrooms, restaurants, and other guest areas. Typical requirements include previous housekeeping or cleaning experience, good physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The successful candidate should maintain Shangri-La’s cleanliness standards, respond courteously to guests, report maintenance issues, handle cleaning equipment safely, and follow hygiene and workplace safety procedures.
