Job Description

The Hygiene & Compliance Manager is responsible for maintaining high standards of food hygiene, workplace sanitation, health compliance and regulatory readiness across the hotel. Requirements typically include a diploma or degree in food science, hospitality, environmental health or a related discipline, along with relevant experience in hotel, food-service or healthcare hygiene management. The successful candidate should understand HACCP, local food-safety regulations, audits, risk assessments and incident reporting.
