Job Description

The Guest Service Center Agent, also known as a Telephone Operator, handles internal and external calls, guest requests, messages, wake-up calls, and general hotel inquiries. The role requires strong communication skills, a pleasant telephone manner, good English, basic computer ability, and attention to detail. Previous experience in a hotel, contact center, or customer-service environment is usually preferred. The successful candidate is expected to respond promptly and professionally, protect guest confidentiality, record requests accurately, coordinate with relevant departments, and remain calm when handling complaints or busy periods. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays is essential.
