Job Description

The Service Associate – Human Resources supports daily HR administration, including employee records, attendance, leave monitoring, recruitment coordination, onboarding, staff communications and general office support. Candidates should normally have a diploma or relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, along with good computer skills and strong attention to detail. Previous experience in hotel or hospitality HR is advantageous. The role requires confidentiality, professionalism, clear communication and the ability to work accurately under deadlines. The successful candidate is expected to provide friendly service to employees, follow company policies, maintain organized records and work cooperatively with managers and colleagues in a multicultural hotel environment.
