The group is known for its refined service, comfortable surroundings, and Asian-inspired approach to genuine hospitality. Destination Guide

The Philippines offers hospitality opportunities in Metro Manila, Cebu, Boracay, Palawan, Davao, and other resort destinations, with demand for front-office, food-and-beverage, housekeeping, and guest-relations staff. Filipino culture is friendly, family-oriented, and service-minded, while English is widely used in hotels and business. Lifestyle varies from busy urban living to relaxed island communities, with beaches, diving, festivals, and affordable local food. Costs are generally lower outside Manila and major tourist centers, although rents in popular resort areas can rise seasonally. Foreign workers normally need an employer-sponsored work permit and appropriate visa, commonly arranged through the company; they should not work on a tourist visa. Applicants should confirm current Bureau of Immigration and Department of Labor requirements, secure written employment terms, and plan for health insurance, housing, transport, and typhoon-season conditions before relocating.
