Luxury hotels and resorts regularly recruit chefs, restaurant managers, front-office staff, engineers, and wellness professionals, with stronger prospects for candidates holding recognized qualifications and international experience. Filipino culture is warm, family-oriented, sociable, and respectful, while English is widely used in workplaces and tourism.
