Job Description

The Assistant Director of Food & Beverage supports the overall leadership of restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service operations. Requirements typically include a hospitality or business qualification, several years of food and beverage management experience, strong knowledge of service standards, budgeting, cost control, and food safety, plus excellent English communication skills. Experience in an international luxury hotel is highly valued. The successful candidate is expected to lead and coach teams, maintain Shangri-La service standards, improve guest satisfaction, manage departmental revenue and expenses, coordinate with the kitchen and other hotel departments, and ensure smooth daily operations.
