Job Description

The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees daily room and public-area cleaning, assigns team duties, checks standards, manages supplies, and responds to guest requests. Candidates typically need previous hotel housekeeping experience, supervisory ability, good communication skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with luxury-service standards. Experience with hotel housekeeping systems and basic reporting is advantageous. The role requires a hands-on, organised person who can work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Shangri-La expects the successful candidate to lead by example, coach colleagues, maintain hygiene and safety standards, coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance, and ensure rooms are ready on time while delivering warm, professional guest service.
