The Assistant Accountant / General Ledger Supervisor is responsible for maintaining accurate general ledger accounts, preparing journal entries, supporting month-end and year-end closing, reconciling balance sheet accounts, and assisting with financial reporting and audit requirements. Candidates are generally expected to hold a degree or diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field, with relevant hotel or hospitality accounting experience. Knowledge of Hong Kong accounting practices, strong Excel skills, attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and familiarity with accounting systems are desirable. The role also requires good communication, organisation, confidentiality, and the ability to meet reporting deadlines while supervising or coordinating accounting activities.
