Job Description

The Assistant HR Manager supports the hotel’s human resources function, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training coordination, HR administration and compliance with Singapore employment regulations. Candidates typically need a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, along with several years of hotel or hospitality HR experience. Strong knowledge of employment practices, communication skills, discretion and the ability to handle confidential matters are expected. The role also requires a hands-on, approachable personality, good organisational skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds in a fast-paced hotel environment.
