Job Description

The Guest Service Center Agent (Telephone Operator) handles incoming and internal calls, guest requests, inquiries, wake-up calls, and communication with hotel departments. Candidates should have strong spoken English, a pleasant telephone manner, good listening and problem-solving skills, and basic computer knowledge. Previous experience in hotel guest services, reservations, reception, or a call center is advantageous.
