Job Description

As Captain at Red Sugar, the rooftop bar at Kowloon Shangri-La, you would supervise daily restaurant and bar operations, lead the service team, and ensure guests receive polished, attentive service. Requirements typically include previous experience in a quality hotel, restaurant, or bar environment; strong knowledge of food and beverage service; good communication skills in English, with Cantonese or Mandarin advantageous; and the ability to handle busy shifts professionally.
